I also wish to use this blog to connect with our clients, potential clients and other partners and take this company forward. So far Tekriti has been working on the following areas:
- Outsourced web product development services: In the last 4 years that we have been in existence, we have worked with variety of companies ranging from startups, emerging companies and established companies. The various web product development outsourcing has been in the areas of social network development, online content publishing, advanced web portal development, online travel portals, facebook applications, opensocial applications and mobile application space. Most of these work has been strictly in the work-for-hire engagement model.
- Business to Business Portals: We have developed quite a few business to business portals including 2 where we have substantial equity - TravelBoutiqueOnline and USourceIT. This has ensured that we not only understand the business to business portal technologies, but also the business side of it.
- Products and Frameworks: Our approach in almost all the products / solutions that we build is to start from an existing framework or product that either we have or another existing framework / product. We strongly feel that there is no point in re-inventing things that have already been invented and strongly advocate using existing framework and build innovative things on the top of that to reduce time to market and costs associated.
- Business Partnerships: Since we work a lot with progressive startups and new product groups of established companies, we also work on a model which is not conventional client-vendor model. After we see some traction on the product, we are open to working on a partnership basis where the payment is partly in cash and the other in profit-sharing or equity-sharing model. We believe that a few businesses out of the ones we have already established willl give good results to all the stakeholders of the company.
