Power dressing, ties, formal greetings etc are not the facets of Tekriti. Here the Teknokrats are pretty democratic to show the grace and color of their talent, humor, intelligence and prudence, which materializes to give existence to Tekriti. Any mode of communication whether it is a meeting, party, outing, phone call or e-mail are an important opportunity to strengthen trust and relationships to make a direct impact on the company's bottom-line. How effectively we collaborate to learn is as crucial as the products we develop and the services we provide. Teknokrats challenges themselves to go beyond the job descriptions to develop and support the growth and standards of the company. Everybody are important in creating a successful product and in maintaining our high level of customer satisfaction.

Soon after the inception in 2005, we were recognized and appreciated for our work in various forums across the world. Even one of our invested company was accoladed with "Top 100 IT innovations" by NASSCOM. These Innovations can only be harvested when cultured over the fields of creativity. And the atmosphere for creativity is present just because of the breeze of fun and lushness of camaraderie.

It depends on the Teknokrat when to enter the office and to work for 9 hours with enumerable breaks. Hats-off to their acumen that every deadline and project is completed on time. Along with this we value insight from all verticals in the company, as well as from our customers, partners and sister-concerns, to help us carve out most useful tools that makes job easier.

Unlike some companies, Tekriti Software has always given employees room to breathe, which with the course of time has become our competitive edge. We foster a sense of bonding, not just "working relationships" that ends at 6 pm. The top management is quite down to earth, 24X7 directly approachable and shares the same table in cafeteria for lunch, as they say 'the family that eats together, stays together'.

Even after lunch the Teknokrats hang around in the open and modular meeting spaces to have fun and chit-chat. Its nostalgic to be in Carrom and Pool room and see everyone around playing with healthy spirits. Ones childhood more comes alive when it comes to going for a movie, excursions, celebrating festivals and TekBashes (birthdays), and all these are also accompanied by various events, games and competitions. The maturity can even be felt when they become part of 'We Care' events like Distributing Blankets at slums, VLCC's Wellness Program, Stress Management Sessions etc.

A new joinee is always introduced to everyone before he dives into the induction process. For a Teknokrat trainings, learning and development is always a continuous process. The TekFridays and TekInnovative days gives them a platform for knowledge sharing, presentations over there new learning and exhibiting the new ideas and approaches they have. We never know where the next big idea will come from! That's why we look to our talented team members to think outside the box and feel empowered. The enthusiasm which is clearly visible, is appreciated when it comes performance reviews and consider them for their growth up the hierarchy. And as the company continues to grow, there are many more opportunities for individuals to come.
