Ashish Kumar (CEO) is a serial entrepreneur, having started 3 technology firms in the last 7 years. He has strong skills in the strategizing the various aspects of the business, as well as is very actively involved in day-to-day running of the business. Ashish holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science from IIT Kanpur. He has travelled across the world and has worked in three different geographies (India, Singapore and USA). He has a rich technical experience at Microsoft Corporation, Redmond, USA. At Microsoft, Ashish was involved with the development of different products like Microsoft Commerce Server and Microsoft Windows codenamed Longhorn. Over time, Ashish has acquired deep understanding for technologies and their collaboration with business processes. Ashish is a sports enthusiast and loves playing cricket and table tennis. Ashish Gupta (Vice President, Business Development) is a B. Tech. in chemical engineering from IIT Delhi. Starting his career as a product manager for new products at ICI India Limited (now Akzo Nobel), Ashish quickly climbed the corporate ladder and held prestigious roles at ICI such as heading sales for Delhi. Post his recognition as a Hi-Potential, Ashish underwent a Blackbelt (Six Sigma) training and undertook projects as a member of the first batch of blackbelts at ICI India. Thereafter, Ashish was a co-founder at StudyPlaces.com before he moved into the management team at Tekriti. On the personal front Ashish is an avid traveller who is always game for a road trip.


Rajesh Kumar (General Manager, Operations) has MBA (Marketing) as his highest educational qualification. He is a six-sigma Green belt professional and heads Operations / Resourcing at Tekriti. Rajesh worked with Indian defence forces for over 15 years before joining Tekriti. On the personal front, Rajesh is an avid traveler and passionate about computers and technology with an approach heavily tilted towards people at the center.


Krishna Chintam (Principal) has about 20 years of experience in Information Technology, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, and Operational management of companies. Krishna has solid experience in IT Product Development, IT Program Management, Consulting and Software Application Development. He also has domain expertise in Financial, Telecom, Federal, and Bioinformatics. Krishna led and managed worldwide IT teams comprising several hundreds of employees. Krishna is a serial entrepreneur and currently sits on the Boards of a number of companies both public and private. Under his leadership the companies have grown from locally operated organizations to worldwide organizations with operations in United States, India, China and Latin America. He received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University, Chicago. He holds a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, Virginia, USA; and a Bachelors degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Andhra University, India.


Niranjan Chintam (Principal) is a recognized leader and innovator in the area of middle market Mergers and Acquisitions services to privately held businesses - a financial and strategic leader with domestic and international experience. Prior to Tekriti, he was the Vice President of Corporate Development and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions Group for one of the fastest growing companies in the United States. Niranjan brings more than 19 years of M&A, operations, business development, telecommunications and information technology experience. He has held various positions including senior positions with Concert Communication, Cincinnati Bell and SecureInfo. Currently as a Mergers & Acquisitions consultant, he is advising clients in US and around the globe on many broad based corporate finance and M&A assignments. He has managed and closed M&A transactions in North America and Asia. Niranjan received his M.B.A from Wharton Business School.
